Transfer of shares held by Integral Company to Bharat Refractories Limited.
The Public Sector Iron and Steel Companies (Restructuring) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1978
About this Act
An Act to provide for restructuring of the iron and steel companies in the public sector so as to secure better management and greater efficiency in their working and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
On the
appointed day, all the shares held by the Integral Company in the share capital of the India Firebricks and
Insulation Company Limited (a company formed and registered under the Companies Act having its
registered office at Bombay in the State of Maharashtra) shall stand transferred to, and vest in, the Bharat
Refractories Limited.
