Transfer of shares held by Integral Company to Central Government.

About this Act
An Act to provide for restructuring of the iron and steel companies in the public sector so as to secure better management and greater efficiency in their working and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
On the appointed day,
all the shares held by the Integral Company in the share capital of each of the companies specified in the
Second Schedule shall stand transferred to, and vest in, the Central Government.
